A HEALTHY LIFE IS
Holistic Health Coaching and Fitness
Are you ready for a transformation?
Discover What's Missing
You've got the ambition and are willing to put in the work. But something’s falling short…you’re still not getting the results you want and you’re not quite sure how to move forward. You wish someone would give you the support and coaching on how to (eat better, have better time management, reduce stress, feel happier - you fill in the blank). Sound familiar?
You’re in the right place! Where do you want to begin?
First Wave Wellness practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat or choose unhealthy foods? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
Through health coaching sessions, we will work to get in touch with your individual body’s needs because we understand that life happens, and your needs will change. We want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. We believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest fad diet trend or exercise trend found on the internet or social media.
What's been holding you back from having the body and life you really want?
The Kickstart Beginner's Program is a two month course where you will learn how to improve your fitness level with a combination of cardio and strength training exercises or choose 1-on-1 personal training and go at your own pace, virtually or in-person.
