First Wave Wellness fitness training programs focus primarily on increasing lean mass, increasing core strength, balance/stability and improving ADL (Activities of Daily Living).

Exercise programs may be virtual or in-person. If you are local to Brevard County, we can bring our equipment to you! No need to worry about making arrangements for childcare.

All fitness programs begin with a complimentary evaluation to assess your health history and fitness goals.
Health and Fitness Programs:
Kickstart Fitness Program
This 60-minute session is designed for those who want to improve their health and fitness, but just don't really know where to start. Additionally, this is ideal for those who want to be able to continue or improve their activities of daily living (ADL). In this program you can expect strength training, functional training, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and cognitive training. A two-month committment is required for this program.

Pricing & Packages:
$40/1 hr session 2X/week =
$320/mth (2 month minimum requirement). This course includes endurance training, strength training, HIT programs and cognitive training.

30 for 30: 30 minute training session for $30
1-On-1 Training
Customized personal training sessions. Includes endurance training, strength training, HIIT programs and cognitive training.
One hour or half hour sessions are available.

Pricing & Packages:
$50/hr for 60 minutes
$30 for 30 minutes
No minimum commitment.

Healthy Living Program &
Personal Training Package*:
$185/mth (includes all the benefits of the 6 month program + 1 hr sessions 2x/week with a personal trainer).

*A six-month commitment is required for this package.
